The park has eleven 36' wide spaces and eleven 50' wide spaces ranging from 95' to 135' in length.  Each space has room for yards, tree's, landscaping, gardening, picnic tables, etc.  Utility hook ups are provided at at the rear of the lot on the driver side with 50 & 30 amp plug in RV pedestals, water, and sewer. Hardwired 100-200 amp is available for park models. All homes must be under 400 sq'.
